38 townhomes and 5 commercial units located in the Pinehurst neighborhood of Seattle.  Urban design required the utilization of efficient construction methods to accommodate a tight site and desired design goals.  Properly phasing the construction, which allowed for construction and sales site access, was a critical driver in making it a successful project.
